Tradesmen Electric Headquarters is alight industrial facility constructed from the ground up to centralize the company's operations, previously spread across multiple locations, into a single, cohesive space inclusive of a training room furthering professional growth and development initiatives.

The concrete tilt-up, with a slab-on-grade foundation, integrates an engineered wood roof structure that houses offices, mezzanines, warehousing, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical systems. The cost-effective semi-modular approach was developed to enable future adaptive capacity for the evolving needs of the business while ensuring durable longevity.
