In response to the Sultan School District's need for new transportation and maintenance facilities built within tight budget constraints, we helped facilitate the OSPI State Funding process to maximize matched funds.
Today, the 15,000-square-foot Sky Valley Transportation Co-Op effectively serves both vehicle service and administrative functions with a layout that centers around an administration office core balanced by two shop bay areas. One houses three service bays, and the other supports the maintenance department.
Additionally, the site manages parking for 49 buses and fleet vehicles, with distinct areas for staff and visitors, while also servicing the vehicle needs of the adjacent Fire Department.
