Two-story Class A Head Quarters featuring durable concrete tilt-up construction, steel framing, and advanced thermal roofing. Integrating state-of-the-art utility systems, we also enhanced the site's environment and aesthetics, tailoring spaces to user needs.

Responsively Robust

With a focus on durability and efficiency we developed the 21,600 sq.ft., two-story Class A office building utilizing concrete tilt-up constructionwith a sturdy slab-on-grade foundation, reinforced by steel framing and joistfloor structure, and a concrete topping slab.

The roof, designed with a steel frame, ridged insulation, and a membrane system, provides thermal efficiency and durability. We integrated advanced mechanical, electrical, data, and fire protection systems to build comprehensive utility and protection systems into the design.

In addition to structural elements, the project involved extensive site, utility, and landscape improvements, enhancing the environmental and aesthetic quality of the surroundings. We also undertook tailored Tenant Improvements and build-outs, ensuring the space meets the specific needs of its users. This office building stands as a showcase of our ability to blend innovative techniques with practical, user-focused design, creating a workspace that is robust and readily responsive to occupant needs.
