A Multi-Generational Learning Hub
The development of the Ridgefield Library unfolds an 8,300 sq. ft. expansion generating new capacity and community potential that builds on the existing 2,055 sq. ft. library and is inclusive of the newly obtained 8,000 sq. ft. Community Center.
The grand opening on July 9th,2021, unveiled a library designed to foster connection, learning and growth, reflects our approach to space-making that serves various community needs.
Understanding the unique needs of different age groups, we designed dedicated zones for teens, children, and adults, each tailored to provide a conducive environment for learning andinteraction, inclusive of study rooms offering quiet, private spaces forindividual or group study coupled with a spacious community meeting area,designed to host a range of events and activities.
