Tasked with repurposing a 3-bedroomhouse acquired with land for industrial development, we saw an opportunity to transform it into the Port's administrative offices.
Embracing the challenge, we found that the house's structure was fundamentally sound and oriented the project around reconfiguring the interior to align with the Port's operational needs.
The transformation included creating a large commission meeting room and dedicated office spaces for the Port's administrative functions while modernizing and retaining the house's original character. This involved updating interior and exterior finishes, installing new, efficient lighting, and replacing the HVAC system to ensure a comfortable ,sustainable working environment.
Rethinking and repurposing existing structures and turning them into functional spaces to serve new purposes not only saved the building from demolition but also provided the Port with a unique and cost-effective administrative hub.
