Our design for the McMenamin brothers combines the historic charm of Pioneer Inn with modern standards, featuring a brewery, restaurant, guest rooms, and a bar with Columbia River views, along with unique 'secret' rooms and a log cabin micropub.

Historic Build with Secret Rooms

For the McMenamin brothers, we embraced the challenge of creating a facility that mirrors the charm and historic feel of the Pioneer Inn in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. Our design for this multi-purpose building, set amidst tropical-like grounds, blends historical aesthetics and modern building standards.

Defined by materials selected to give the appearance of age yet comply with modern building codes, the McMenamin space features a brewery, restaurant, and gift shop on the ground floor. The second and third floors house 40 guestrooms and meeting spaces, while the fourth floor boasts a bar with an outdoor viewing/dining deck that offers stunning views of the Columbia River.
